Getting Started
How do I sign up and start my trial?
Create an account, add a credit card via secure Stripe checkout, and your 14-day free trial starts immediately. No charges during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends.
Do I need to verify my Google Business Profile first?
Yes. The owner must verify business ownership on Google Business Profile before ArkPulse can post replies. Verification options include phone, video, postcard, or email — usually takes 5-10 minutes.
How do I connect my business to ArkPulse?
From your dashboard, click "Connect Google", select your verified locations, and ArkPulse gets reply permissions instantly via OAuth. One-click setup.
Pricing & Billing
Why do you require a credit card for the trial?
So the trial converts seamlessly to a paid subscription if you decide to keep using ArkPulse. We don't charge anything during the 14 days, and you can cancel before the trial ends.
How do I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade?
Cancel: Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription (instant).
Upgrade or downgrade: Dashboard → Plans → select a new tier. Billing is prorated automatically.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription once. Your account stays active and you can resume anytime from the dashboard.

Can I review and approve replies before they go live?
Yes. Three approval modes:
- Automatic — replies post automatically after AI verification (default)
- Approve all — email notification with one-click approve/reject for every reply
- Approve negative only — auto-post positive reviews, manually approve 1-3 star replies
You can also edit any reply in the dashboard before approving.
What is the Review Boost Kit?
Print-ready marketing materials — table tents, to-go box stickers, receipt inserts, business cards, and window posters — each pre-designed with your business's Google review QR code. Download as high-res PNGs and print them yourself or send to a print shop. Three design variants per template type.
How does Review Protection work?
You can flag suspicious negative reviews (spam, fake, offensive, conflict of interest) directly from your dashboard. We track flagged reviews internally and provide a one-click link to report the review on Google Maps so Google can investigate.
Note: Google has the final say on review removal. Flagging works best for clear policy violations.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Each plan supports multiple locations with volume discounts. Each location has its own QR code, Place ID, and review dashboard, but all roll up into one unified analytics view.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- Stripe handles all payments (PCI DSS Level 1)
- Google OAuth tokens stored encrypted with Fernet
- Two-factor authentication required on all dashboard logins
Who has access to my reviews?
Only you and authorized ArkPulse staff for support purposes. We never share or sell your review data. Your Google account credentials are never exposed in plain text.
